Pregnant women: There were no teratogenic effects in animal experiments. Nevertheless the manufacturers advise against its use during pregnancy.

Nursing mothers: No available documentation: better avoided!

Children: There is only limited data available for preschool children. Short-term administration is permitted for children older than four years. Use half of the adult dose.

Elderly people: There is an increased risk of extrapyramidal side-effects in the elderly: cautionary dosage, observe carefully.

Renal failure: Probably no dose adjustment necessary.

Liver insufficiency: Individual dose adjustment is indicated.
