Our Comment:
Cyclophosphamide seems to be efficacious on all types of chemosensitive tumours. Even if it has been used for more than thirty years, hundreds of studies that explore its further use, are still being published every year. Unfortunately, the number of malignant diseases that can be definitely cured is quite small. Its use for autoimmune diseases should be carefully considered and the severe side-effects not be forgotten.
