An extraordinarily successful anti-inflammtory drug. What's the secret of its success? Diclofenac is effective in most cases and it is well tolerated. I, nevertheless, am not completely convinced by it. In my opinion, the non-slow-release forms often do not have a long enough effect. But even the 100 mg slow-release forms do not always have a 24 hour effect. However, I appreciate the ampoules for emergency situations.
