women: Can be administered.

Nursing
mothers: Can be administered. |

Children:
0 to 10 years of age: initially 0.025 mg/kg, could be repeated after six hours. Maintenance dose 0.01 mg/kg/24 hrs. Older children same as adults. |

Elderly
people: Even when the plasma-creatinine values are normal the renal functions can be limited! Small doses. |
|
Renal
failure: Scheme for the adjustment of the doses:
- plasma-creatinine 110-220 µmol/l: reduction of the maintenance dose by 1/3.
- plasma-creatinine 220-700 µmol/l: reduction of the maintenance dose by 1/2.
- plasma-creatinine over 700 µmol/l: reduction of the maintenance dose by 2/3 to 3/4.

insufficiency: No particular problems. |
