Hydroxocobalamin: Cautions
Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause neuropsychiatric symptoms without there being obvious hematological alterations. Average range of vitamin B12 plasma levels: 125-500 pmol/l.
A possible concomitant iron deficiency should be examined and treated!
