*These indications refer to an application on the oral mucosa (bitten capsule, spray). When skin patches are applied nitroglycerin is 75 to 90% bioavailable.

**The mentioned doses correspond to the amount that would be released in 24 hours. However, the patches must removed after 12 to 14 hours! Change site of application every day.
