Our Comment:
Whenever we are at a 'therapeutic loss' we remember the corticosteroids. And behold, the decried substances offer a solution in many cases. Orally administered prednisolone (or prednisone) is the right choice in the great majority of such cases, not only because of its advantageous price, but also because we know more about this derivative than about the other ones.
