*Reduce gradually soon after an acute therapy! Chronic administration should be avoided if possible; if this is not possible, doses as low as possible should be used.
**In acute situations the daily dose can be divided into several single doses. In long-term treatment administration is every morning or every 48 hours (every other morning).
